My LinkedIn profile

Research Statement

I am specialist in the study of lymphocyte population development and selection in physiological and pathological situations. I have contributed to the development of original technological and bioinformatics tools for global TCR and Ig diversity assessment. I have notably applied this technology to the study of various clinical forms of malaria. I am now actively engaged in systems biology and integrative immunology developing modeling strategies and tools to study the transcriptome and the repertoire of lymphocyte populations, in physiological and pathological situations or under experimental perturbation.
